Thank you for choosing Riversuites at The Battery. By booking a reservation with Riversuites at The Battery, you agree to our terms and conditions

Acceptable Forms of Identification: 

Expired and severely damaged identifications are not valid. The following are acceptable forms of identification: 

1) A valid driver’s license or non-driver identification card issued by the department of motor vehicles, the federal government, any United States territory, commonwealth or possession, the District of Columbia, a state government within the United States or a provincial government of the dominion of Canada. 

2) A valid passport issued by the United States government or any other country, Green Card (US Permanent Residence Card) or Nexus Card.

3) An identification card issued by the armed forces of the United States. 

Unattended Children: 

No child under the age of 18 may be left unattended in a guest room or anywhere on hotel property. No one under the age of 21 is permitted in the hotel unless a parent or guardian is present. 

Deposit Policy: 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Full, non-refundable deposits are required for prepaid (advance purchase) rates. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a suite.

Reservation Policy:

Guests must be 21 years of age or older with valid identification to reserve a Suite and check in. The name on the reservation, identification, and credit card must all match. The valid credit card presented at check-in will be authorized for the full Suite and tax amount, along with an additional incidental authorization of $100 per night. Complimentary Suites will be authorized $100 per night. Guests using a debit card instead of a credit card will have unused funds released by the hotel at check-out, but it may take up to ten business days for domestic banks or up to 30 business days for international banks to return the funds to the account.

Cancellation Policy: 

Reservations must be canceled or modified by 4:00 PM local hotel time at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night’s Suite and tax charges. When there are length-of-stay restrictions in place, any modifications to the reservation will follow the cancellation policy. Pre-paid (advance purchase) rates are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. All guests receiving a complimentary stay are subject to the cancellation-policy. Hotel offers, Suite types, views, accessible features and floors are based on availability and are not guaranteed for complimentary stays. Our guest services team will make every effort to accommodate all requests based on availability. Hotel offers are based on most recent play and will be updated frequently. Guests who do not provide the full 48-hour cancellation policy will be charged the full Suite rate.

Valet:

Valet is complimentary with your reservation and you have the option to self-park at Rivers Casino and ride the complimentary shuttle service to and from the casino and hotel.

Reservation modifications:

All reservation changes, including cancellations must be made through the channel where the reservation was made, whether it is the Riversuites at The Battery reservations department, online at http://riversuiteshotel.com/ and/or online travel agencies.

The cancellation and deposit policies on the rate plan and room type will apply. Unfortunately, due to restrictions with all online travel agents such as Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Orbitz, Hotwire, Trivago, Booking.com, Priceline, Kayak and others, Riversuites at The Battery is unable to modify, cancel or refund reservations made through these websites. The guest must make any modifications through the website where the reservation was booked. 

Room Type Guarantees: 

Reservations for specific room types and room types selected at check in are subject to availability of the room type at check-in. All efforts will be made to accommodate guests’ requests for specific room type and location; however, the hotel is unable to guarantee any requests as rooms are not assigned until check in. Additional fees may apply depending on the specific requests. 

ADA accessible rooms include features for guests with disabilities. If there are no rooms available that meet your needs, please contact the hotel directly. 

Run-of-House room types: 

Run-of-House (most common or standard room type) reservations will have the room type selected at check in and are subject to availability. All efforts will be made to accommodate the guests’ requests for specific room type and location; however, Riversuites at The Battery is unable to guarantee any requests in advance, since rooms are not assigned until check in.

Smoking Policy:

Riversuites at The Battery is a smoke-free environment. Violators of the non-smoking policy are subject to a non-refundable $500.00 fee. Riversuites at The Battery reserves the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card for $500.00 for a smoking policy violation.
Pet Policy:

Riversuites at The Battery will allow pets at a cost of $150 per stay. Service animals are permitted. The guest should inform the front desk 48 hours prior to arrival about any service animals.

Basketball Court Policy: 

The Basketball Court is available from 11AM-8PM, 7-days a week.
Damage to hotel property: 

Riversuites at The Battery reserve the right to charge guests the cost of repairing damage caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should such damage be discovered after the guest has departed, Riversuites at The Battery reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice to the registered address for the amount of the repair and/or replacement of damaged property. 

Removal of hotel property: 

Riversuites at The Battery reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without express, written consent of an authorized officer of Riversuites at The Battery. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing come to light after the guest has departed, Riversuites at The Battery reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card and/or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.

Billing & Currency:

Riversuites at The Battery accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, & Visa. Cash may be used to cover all or a portion of the final bill at check-out.

Regardless of billing or master account agreements, the guest on the reservation is liable for all charges posted to the room caused by you or your guests/invitees during your stay. The guest authorizes Riversuites at The Battery to place a hold against the credit or debit card to guarantee all charges, this will include an incidental hold that of $100 per night, if unused will be released back to your bank credit card institution upon check out. Use of debit cards can take up to 5 to 10 days for your bank to release the funds back to you.  If the account is not settled before departure, the guest authorizes the hotel to charge the credit or debit card or apply funds which were deposited with the hotel against what the guest owes. All charges will be in United States Dollars (USD). Riversuites at The Battery does not accept pre-paid cards such as Venmo, Cashapp etc…

A $50 extra person fee will be applied per night, when the standard room occupancy is exceeded.

Lost and Found:

Riversuites Hotel at The Battery will manage all lost and found through ileftmystuff.com. Lost and found items will be securely held and retained at the hotel for 14 days, with no grace period allotted. After this time, such items will be discarded in a safe and secure manner. When a non-perishable item is reported, guests will be given instructions to log their missing item on ileftmystuff.com. When a lost and found claim is submitted, Riversuites Hotel Management will determine the status of the requested item. If the item is found, guests are to follow the ileftmystuff procedure in regard to having their item/s returned. All perishable items found will be discarded that day with no grace period allotted.
